Overview
This Data Processing Agreement (DPA) forms part of your agreement with MatiAI when you process personal data through our services. It describes our roles, obligations, and subprocessors.
MATI AI SOLUTIONS LLP (825-A RK World Tower, Near Shital Park, Rajkot 360005, India) operates MatiAI and matiai.in.
Roles & definitions
| Controller | The party determining purposes of processing (customer). |

| Personal data | Data processed through the service on the customer's behalf. |
Processing instructions
We process personal data only as documented in this DPA and your instructions through the service. We will not process personal data for our own purposes or for advertising.
Retention & deletion
We retain personal data for the term of your agreement and delete or return it on termination, subject to legal retention requirements.

Data subject rights & transfers
