These terms govern access to MatiAI websites, APIs, SDKs, documentation, and hosted services. By using the service, you agree to follow these terms and any order form associated with your account.

Definitions

Using the service
You may use MatiAI to build lawful AI applications. You are responsible for the content your application stores and for the consents you collect from end users.
- Use the service only for lawful purposes.
- Respect end-user rights and consent.
- Keep credentials and API keys secure.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or overload the service.
Plans, usage & billing
Plans are billed in advance by month or year. Usage is metered per stored memory and recall. You can cap or auto-scale usage; overage is billed at the plan's per-unit rate.
Intellectual property
You retain all rights to your content and memories. We retain rights to the service itself. You grant us the limited right to process your content solely to provide the service.
Suspension & termination
Either party may terminate for breach with notice. On termination you can export your data, after which we delete it per the retention schedule in our privacy policy.
