Overview
MatiAI is designed to give customers and end users control over persistent AI context. This policy explains the information we process to provide our websites, APIs, SDKs, and hosted services.
MATI AI SOLUTIONS LLP (825-A RK World Tower, Near Shital Park, Rajkot 360005, India) operates MatiAI and matiai.in.
Definitions

Data we process
We process account data (name, email, billing), usage data (API calls, recalls, logs), and memory data (the structured context your application stores). Memory data is tenant-isolated and region-pinnable.
- Account data: to operate your account.
- Usage data: to operate, secure, and bill the service.
- Memory data: to store, retrieve, and forget context on your behalf.
- Support data: to resolve issues you report.
Your rights
End users can view, correct, export, and delete their memories through the controls a customer exposes. Customers control namespaces, retention, and access credentials. To exercise rights, contact the customer first, then us at privacy@matiai.in.
Retention
We keep memory data for as long as a customer account is active, or until deletion is requested. Account and billing data is kept for the life of the account plus a short closing period. Logs are retained per plan, from 7 days to one year or more.
